Hi ya,

Having trouble with my free view on-demand loading on my tv. We had an update recently and since then we have not been able to get onto on-demand and there is a black block at the bottom of the screen which is extremely annoying.

ZMX7500 - Have you lost TVNZ Channels?

Did anyone else lose the TVNZ channels on their ZMX7500 (or DSE7500) while the Games Channels were on?

If so I may have a solution without having to do a Factory Default (which will remove Bravo+1, Prime, The Edge and Prime+1).

On my STB, Prime suddenly appeared on P001 instead of TV1 and many or the other channels were on the wrong LCN.  (All the channels on the 12483 transponder were no longer available to view but the internal TP list and PID lists were still…

How do I restore Prime on my Ultraplus 990HD Magic PVR freeview receiver. PLEASE.

This is what I did, using the Ultraplus remote:

-  Menu

-  Installation

-  (Password) 0000

-  Satellite List

-  Optus D1
-  Blue Key (for scan)
-  Auto scan (It just said autoscan,  It didn't say FTA or All Services.
-  Yes ( for save search results)
Then a window came up with the message - Scramble Channel.

Problem connecting recorder

I have a new 40 inch Panasonic smart tv with built in everything. I set it up myself and love it. I have just bought a FreeviewPlus recorder (aerial Box T2200) and I just cannot get it to work. UHF aerial is connected to box, AV leads to tv, box power on: tv says 'no service'. Box instructions say 'select the video input you have connected your T2200 into.' How do I do that? Grrrr. What incredibly basic thing have I missed?? Help!

HT9200DTR HDMI through Pioneer Receiver

I would like to know if there is a possible solution to the problem I am having with connecting my HT9200DTR through a Pioneer receiver via HDMI Cable. The problem is as follows:

When I turn the HT9200DTR on for the first time a day by means of the remote, the signal does not get through to the Panasonic television. I have the HT9200DTR plugged into a Pioneer receiver for 5.1 audio, which in turn connects to the HD Television. I need to physically turn the HT9200DTR off at the back of…

Prime is on and off

We have a  S7090PVR dish tv box, it works great except when Prime cuts out and all other channels work. The message that comes across the screen reads; NO RECEPTION CHECK YOUR CABLE OR DISH.

I have the lateset firmware, have re-tuned several times, in the various ways and it has not resolved the issue. What else can I do?

Please help
