Free Box keeps swithcing off

The FV box keeps switching its self off then after a reboot etcit remains on for aprox 10 seconds then carries out a repeat performance continuously Continue

Adding free view box
I am going to adapt/a new free view top box to a HD tv set
If that is acceptable once hooked up Which channel do I tune the HD TV set to view
the available channels ???
