Id be looking at your Aerial, cable and connections. Is the aerial on the correct polarity? Are all your connections good? Is the cable RG59 or RG6?
We have the same thing happening, and it happened straight after we retuned the receiver when Prime moved in June. Now we have Prime but no TV1 or TV2 - nothing has changed with the connections. We live north of Christchurch on the country and have a S6800PLUS Dish TV, can I join the plea for help, please?
Claudia if your on satellite you probably replaced transponder 12483 with 12519 instead of adding 12519 as a new transponder.
You will need to go back to your transponder settings and make sure all 3 are there 12486, 1246, 12519
I think you mean 12456, 12483 and 12519?

Try the below.
Follow these steps to reload TV1 etc
1. Press the MENU button on your remote control. Select Installation and press OK
2. From the Installation menu select Program Satellites and Press OK
3. Press the down arrow to scroll down below DiSEqC settings
4. Select Program Type and press the right arrow until Free‐to‐Air is selected.
5. Press the Yellow button to start the scan process. This process will take 2‐3 minutes to complete.
6. Once the scan process is completed you will be prompted to save the changes.
7. Press Ok to save the newly scanned channels.

Hi Julia
The above was directed at Claudia, your problem is related to UHF HD reception.
