your TV. If Prime isn't on that MUX then try the other Kordia MUX Ch37 (602.0mhz). It should be on one of those.
Tune your TV to CH27 (522.0mhz) then select CH10 on your remote.
CH 27 on your remote is a logical channel and not the real on-air channel your TV tunes.
Your TV will tune 4 or 5 real Channels with multiple streams on each. These multiple streams are then ordered into Logical channels which are selected by your remote. Most people easily confuse the real MUX channels with the many Logical (Virtual) channels.

and have UHF Freeview here our other property is up Danseys Pass way with no UHF and too far out to get someone in to be cost effective. We have no houses nearby to check their dish direction. I'll recheck the settings again. The LNB is a 11.30mhz Satellite LNB.
Thanks

e dishes so can check it but I just need some certainty about the receiver configuration in order to bring the right equipment.
Does anyone know what part of the information screen / setup screens can provide this information ?
The landlord advised a month or so ago that i do NOT have a satelite dish.. but the website for this model suggests it is a dish receiver one. (i provided noel leeming the conversation i had with landlord - facebook posts)…
t the Warehouse, but they had the quality check and said there was nothing wrong it. However, I'm not overly convinced myself. I checked the second of the two coax cables in the living room, the second one actually picks up a signal, but then when it runs the blind test, it ends with a "Tuning failed". So i'm not really sure what else to do? I'd like to get onto the roof to check the satellite to check what Biggles has said but with the winds lately its been a bit precarious!
Have I missed something really obvious?…

Without the TV connected you won't be able to see the S7070 Menu on screen so you won't be able to check all parameters are correct. Most likely the LNB setting in the S7070 needs changing.

eq. In the setup if 10750 doesn't work try 11300. What are the random channels you are getting as it's also possible the dish is pointing at the wrong satellite? If your box was working OK at the last place then it's very unlikely to be the box at fault but just some incorrect setup parameters.
