I was pressing exit button and not looking at what I was doing and deleted channel group frequency 2 some how, so all of tvnz channels arent there how do I fix this please  I have a S8200 receiver. Continue

"I haven't had an email as yet as per ticket submitted monday, freeview still only loading programs and not playing any of them. It's been like this for just over a week now still no problem with tvnz app, neon, lightbox and Netflix."

"Good Morning Maxine  Have you tried turning off the modem and switching it back on again? Another cause is if there is a VPN used on your network which may block TVNZ from playing.  Josh"

Ive tried doing everything like Maxine has, deleting freeview, checking if it’s up to date, leaving the tv etc all turned off. It’s not my broadband and it’s also again, not affecting the TVNZ stand alone app which I’ve just tried and it works.

Unfortunately for me I have a lot of shows on bravo that I was in the middle of, and I relied on freeview to watch these so I didn’t record them, seems a stupid mistake on my part as it seems obvious we can’t really rely on the freeview app to work at all. Maybe you should just start a YouTube channel ? 

I hope you can fix this latest bug again (for now anyways) it only started about 4 or 5 days ago.
