I just retuned according to the instructions in the link you provided on my profile. It was a success!!. I now have all channels again and it worked like a charm. Thank you so very much for your time and efforts , you are a truly great helpful person my friend . I appreciate it greatly.
It was quite the challenge as i understand it, but you persevered and found a way to make it work for us hsmx 200 owners. You have saved me from having to buy a new reciever.
As for Hills , well they have been a big let down, and that is being polite about it!. The only help they gave me was a recorded message telling me to buy a new reciever, they didn't even have the courtesy of replying to my email to them. Very disappointed in their customer service(or lack thereof).
But you sir , are the hero who never gave up on it , despite it being quite frustrating at times no doubt, you sacrificed your time and expertise to help others who were frustrated and somewhat helpless to find a solution.
I thank you sincerely and gratefully.
Many many thanks mate .
Hi Paul
In 2014 you helped me to tune to Prime with my Ultraplus 680. Now that Prime has changed again do I follow the same instructions or is it different this time?
Thanks
Ruth
