Well done fwd it to Hills and see if they bother to remove their phone message
Excellent work Paul.
I have confirmed that both these options also work with my 11300 LNB, with the appropriate change to step 17, substituting 11300 instead of 10750 and same for Option 2, Step 10 (if 11300 isn't displayed already as was the case with my receiver)

Thanks Paul and all the others for all your help. I don't have a hills box but I was able to talk my sister in law through it using your instructions. I live in Christchurch and she lives in Wanganui.
Brilliant thanks Paul
This works for my 10750 Hills HSMX-200 here in Whanganui.
Plus need to push enter after step 26.
Very well done indeed.
