Sky/Freeview new connection issue

Hi I have just had sky installed today it's a flashing situation, and in the lounge with the Freeview box as it's no longer working, it was working last night previous to Skype being installed in the bedrooms, today has something been disconnected post sky installation????

Why would the Freeview box stop working when sky has been installed ???

Ring sky its their problem. They have obviously disconnected it or replaced the LNB, quiet common.

The Sky installer may have disconnected the Freeview box as it's no longer needed if you have Sky.

What has Skype got to do with it??

I think more info is needed to diagnose your problem.

If it happened because of Sky being installed then it's their problem. Get them to come back and fix it.

Bloody typos, sorry, SKY - not Skype. Freeview tv/box not working.

Ah. That makes more sense. Still Sky's problem though. They caused the problem so are responsible for fixing it. Why do you still need the freeview box though if you have Sky?
