The S7030 is not a Freeview approved STB so resetting to factory default wont fix it.

Maybe the manual below will help.

Hi Roddy

Did you select New Zealand as your country after resetting ?

You probably need to change your LNB  type to the correct frequency .

Most common are 10750 & 11300

To Load the channel data onto your S7030 you will need to follow these steps.

Unzip the downloaded file and place the files from the zip file onto your flashdrive.

Insert the Flash drive you have extracted the channel data files onto into the USB port on the receiver.

  1. Go into the Main Menu
  2. Move across to Channel Search and Select "DB Managment" and press OK
  3. Select "Load from USB" and press OK
  4. Select the file that corresponds to your LNB frequency and press OK
  5. The unit will say "Please Wait" then "Load database successfully". Press Exit until you go back to your channels.

If you don't know your LNB frequency that's fine just select any file, if your channels have no signal after you have loaded the file just follow the steps again and select the other file.
