A little more info might help. I presume from your profile we are talking about Satellite Freeview and only TV1 is dropping out?

First thing to do is check signal strength on TV1 and other channels on the same Mux.

Hi Leo

The case might be with how your Satellite Dish is aligned, as you can receive other channels. Can you confirm that you receive TV2 and TV One plus 1, TV2+1 and Maori Television as well ? or is this just limited to TV One?

Receiving all other channels ok , signal 95%quality  94% okay for several minutes then drops out

Looks like your Satellite Dish needs realigning in order to maintain the reception levels for Freeview, even if it states 95% / 94% and then drops out indicates a connection issue either with the dish itself or the LNB.
