Id start looking at your aerial setup and associated cabling.

why only these 2 chanels if its an aerial issue?

Is it only those 2 channels? What about the other channels on the same MUX? Can you get 3+1, Bravo+1, Maori  etc..? They are all on the same MUX so if they are all missing then you most likely have an antenna/cabling problem. Have you checked signal strength? It may be that your reception is marginal so you are missing one MUX but getting the others OK.

i dont get 3+1 or bravo+1 but maori chanel is mint. signal strength 86, quality 100.

i'll google MUX as i dont know what that is. thanks

Like I said its the aerial or associated cabling. There's nothing wrong with the TV. For some reason some of the frequencies are down on power.

Mux is short for Multiplex or in laymans terms a group of channels.

yes, but i wanted to understand why only some chanels work. i wanted to learn 'why'

i paid a professional to install it and i want to understand what i'm talking about if i get him back.

That's strange because Maori should be on the same MUX as the missing channels.
