LOST a MUX?

Loss of a multiplex of channels (for example, TV ONE, TV2, TV ONE plus 1 and TV2 plus 1) is usually a sign of antenna or set-up issues.  It's best to consult your installer or you can add a discussion in the Reception Forum to get some free advice.

Please include the following details so the community can offer the best advice specific for your set-up:

  • Channels Lost (try all channels and list ALL that you don't get - not just the ones you normally watch);
  • You Location (or if you don't wish to disclose: enter your address at www.freeviewnz.tv/coverage.aspx and detail what you get);
  • What antenna you're using (Satellite Dish? UHF Aerial - Indoor / Outdoor?);
  • What brand and model your device is;
  • Whether you have any other devices connected to your TV (like analogue VCRs, DVD recorders or SKY decoders).
