no signal — our long experience

The 'no signal' rectangle appears on our TV more and more often. We have had  the Zinwell 7500 box that cost more than the TV for nearly 3 years, with very slight use.  It had to replace our first box that started not working after less than 1 year's use.

Weather conditions do not cause it. Aerial configuration etc has been checked. There appears no rhyme or reason. It gets worse and worse becoming virtually unusable due to the frequency of 'no signal '.
