Prime - lost on channel 5

Have tuned our (Dish TV S7070) so many times trying to find Prime which used to be on channel 5 but haven’t been able to find it or get it back - help !!

Please follow the instructions provided by DISH TV here: https://freeviewforum.co.nz/rescan/s7070 
This will help aid in restoring PRIME back to your receiver,
