Try Manual Tune on the appropriate MUX and check signal strength. Most likely an antenna/cabling problem.

I had this issue 2 days ago, just tvnz1, tvnz2, Māori Channel and Duke.

Returned channels, factory reset. No change still did no tvnz1&2. (in Northland, satellite ) 

Yesterday afternoon all came back OK. Weird.
