Our MySky reception which we have had for 5 years has been breaking up badky. Sky engineers have paid us 4 visits and made various adjustments including replacing the HDMI cable as well as the MySky Box. The issue returns within hours. It was suggested we had an earthing fault with our Freeview box which we use with our other TV. When we disconnected our Satmax box the issue disapeared!

I'm told if I adjust the LNB settings on the Satmax box this will allow us to use both MySky and Freview in different rooms.

Can someone advise how I do this?  Thx.....John

if you alter the satmax lnb settings that box will have no signal

Too much missing info? how are you feeding the satmax box from your sky setup? is the Satmax box controlling the lnbf voltage?

Spliiter? if so what type?

Satmax box also feeds from Sky satellite via a splitter but I do not know the splitter type

Set the LNB power to off on the satmax and see if that helps , you can always turn it back on.
