What method were you using to tune in Prime to your unit? Did you factory reset your unit which has lead to losing all channels?

This will help aid you in getting Prime back into your unit. Please follow carefully in order to successfully restore the service. If this doesn't work, please let me know

Okay, it looks as though you might be having issues with the first group of instructions can you confirm if the following instructions help:
The scan process will take approximately 1 minute to complete.
then just rescan 12707
then look in the channel list
