No TV since 1st May

Hi everyone,

I am in Auckland, and haven't been able to watch any TV since 1st May. I have a Panasonic TV, and a Strong Digital Satellite Receiver.. The only message that I can get on the TV is "No or bad signal".

I have a Satellite Dish on the roof, which has been providing me with TV for the last 4-5 years without any trouble, but not now..

Phoned Panasonic, they said it wasn't their problem, as my DVD players are still working.. Phoned Freeview, they said that Strong isn't one of their "approved" boxes, and other than that they can't help me - Great!!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Difficult to diagnose you problem without knowing how everything is connected but sounds like your LNB may have failed. And as you are using satellite it will be nothing to do with the frequency restack on 1 May as that only affected terrestrial transmissions.
