Has anyone had this issue.   I have bought a new Dish TV satellite dish and put it up.  I set both the angles as in the instructions,  and used the satellite finder to get the best reception.  I tried to use the auto tuning part after a factory reset with country new Zealand and I live in Tamaranui so I tried Waikato, TAUPO and  Wanganui but with no luck. I tried a blind scan and got the Optus D1 signal strong at 82% and quality at 97%  Problem is the optus D1 will not locate anything on 12546 or 12483. The strong signal I have is on 10692 which gives me some Australian and other overseas channels. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?

you're on either optus d2@152 degrees or Intelsat 19 @ 166 degrees

As Willis said. You're pointing at the wrong satellite.

Hi Peter,

Please check out this resource to find the Satellite with Freeview Channels

Thanks everyone, have got it sorted, yes a slight adjustment of the dish to pick up the Optus D1 satellite and not D2 fixed the problem
