Cant set TVNZ 2
Hi, we have a Satlink 2800 and are not able to set TV 2.
We can get TV 2 plus 1. All other channels have set ok, including Prime - though on a funny channel? Have followed instructions as how to set all channels though TV 2 comes up as TV 1? Are there any instructions for setting a single channel manually?
Any help out there?

If you are receiving 2+1 then you must be able to get 2 as it's on the same MUX. It sounds like you channel lineup is out of order. It must be there somewhere, just not on 2. Try stepping through all channels. You probably need to do a reset and new scan.

before doing a reset try this first
follow the guide here for Prime , but stop at step 2 and select 12483MHz instead then press the RED button then Ok to search
