That seems very strange to me.

Duke is on the same MUX as TV1 and TV2  etc so if you get sound OK from them (and others on the same MUX) then I see no reason why there's no sound on Duke.

Bravo is not a new channel but purely a name change from Four so nothing should have changed.

Perhaps you could check all channels and list all the ones where you have no sound?

P.S. Also check with the Audio button on your remote to see which audio stream is selected. Some channels have multiple audio streams.

Try going into the menu and do a factory reset.
