No longer get PRIME using a Hauppage TV card in PC

I used to get it fine via Freeview. Very useful for watching delayed rugby while main TV is tuned elsewhere!

I assume from other comments that Prime re-tuned or something. However it doesn't come up when I scan for channels.

Anyone got any ideas? (there's nothing obvious in the WinTV app settings)

Can't find any way in to do this. Win TV scans for channels. I've erased database and started again. It says it finds PRIME frequency 594 SID:1404 (which means nothing to me) but when I click on the channel nothing shows.

594 is UHF so I'm guessing it's a UHJF tuner, not Satellite. I see you are in Lower Hutt according to your profile and 594 is the MUX from Kaukau for Prime etc. Check here (under Resources tab above). Are you getting all the other channels on the K1 MUX?
