issues with smartvu streaming device.

1) the device gets insanely hot, and from time to time needs to be disconnected to reset/cool down.. due to freezes seemingly due to the hotness of the device - is this normal?

2) recently have noticed the EPG for specific channels (mainly media works) is missing; the general epg that shows all channels at once is fine, just the bottom of screen “ribbon’ is missing for those channels...  this has only been an issue for a week or two.. am unable to access the full epg or the on demand section from those channels.  Has something changed in this regard?

3) not so much an issue as a feature request - please - please - look into the ability to record? save for later specific programs (PVR) not everything is available on demand).  Similar to what you have on one of your other Freeview devices.

One question, where do you attach the SmartVu? On the back of the TV. Or do you let it hang? Overheating problems can go if you mount or allow the device to be away from other heat sources (like the back of your TV)
