Since the last update on my Satbox S8200 we have been unable to get subtitles on recorded programmes. We still get the subtitles when watching programmes live.
My wife is deaf so relies on the programme captions.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm, Subtitles are always recorded, have you made sure you push the subtitle button on the remote when watching recorded shows?

We can confirm that there was a bug on the current relelase, we are releasing an update tomorrow which will correct this.
