the lnb is 10750

At this point it isn't possible to receive the new Prime frequency's on a hills hsmx-200 with a 10750 LNB.

NOTE: Hills issued an update on 2 June 2016 stating that the HSMX-200 model is unable to update to the new satellite transponder for Four Plus 1, Prime and The Edge TV.

Hills recommends that you find a suitable replacement at an electronics retailer.

Hills is not going to get away with their lame responce. We need to know the exact reasons why Hills are claiming it won't work and then a complete explanation on why it works for some and not others as we have already found.
