DisEqC Switch: off Positioner Setting: none
Level reads 93% and Quality 77%
I'm in the Dunedin Area
Anyone know how to get back the program guide for these channels

Which version firmware are you on?
I have one of these receivers, press the epg button a couple of times while on TV1? wait for the epg to populate.
Hi Arthur,
Sorry to hear that there are some issues with the guide, and thanks for providing us the extra information!
Have you tried the suggestion that NZDTV.COM (Comment Below) recommeded,
Can you discuss on the firmware?
Kind Regards
Joshua
on the time setting page under menu make sure time aquisition is set to auto , local offset 12.00 ,daylight saving -off
have a channel here whose time is 23-june-1909 and upsets the rest of the epg
Please Try this Arthur

Hi thanks for the information, since my original post the channels I was not receiving any program guides for, now do so (Tv1,Tv2 ect) ,but prime is no longer available.
The Firm ware is as follows.
Application Version HS Version 2.11.16
H/W version 8200 1.00
Loader version L6.00
API is Nov 5/2012
Data Version FDU r is 1.4
I'm thinking of doing a System Restore to factory default, whether this will help I'mnot sure.
Also I have found that if I try to watch one channel while recording two others for some unknown reason one of the channels being recorded will actually records a different channel IE; Parliament instead of the channel programmed to do so, even, though the system ,when the "Information Button" is accessed the display shows the program that was set to record.
That firmware is very very old there are lots of new functions bug fixes and improvements available. Internettv+, DLNA support, stability improvements etc
Recommend that you upgrade to firmware 2.11 87

Also you might like to check out Airtivi+ which is for windows and IOS streaming support for the Ultraplus receivers.
Thanks for the links, much appreciated although the tiviar will have to wait for the time being, as we are on a 3g network which is too slow and too costly for it, some day the main players will come to the ball game and give us full blown ,cheap, broadband,at that point I'll start using tivia.
The tiviar software is for playing/watching your Freeview via your pc or tablet streamed from your receiver. Its all over your LOCAL network in your home broadband.
Hi, Thanks for the reply.
When I try to down load the "How to Use File" for Air Triv+ PC (windows OS) I get the webpage coming up with an "Illegal Access" warning, not sure whether this because I'm on a 64 bit operating system or not
See Network Status page for updates.
