Hi there, I'm really hoping someone out there can help me. I have just moved into a new flat and have been trying to get the TV up and running for days now. I have 2 aerial cords coming out of the wall in lounge, 1 black and 1 white, the first problem is I do not know which to use, I am in a lower flat under a house and there is are both terrestrial aerial and a satellite dish outside, the landlord upstairs has no idea. I have a Sony TV (2011)and have brought a Veon FreeView box (satellite) and HDI cable and have attached everything. When I go through setup mode neither of the aerials seem to work when plugged in and the screen says that tuning failed and database is empty. This is getting really frustrating and I am not really sure what to do next. Is there any way to tell is it is a terrestrial or satellite setup except for plugging it in? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
