having trouble with sound etc...
I have a t2200 purchased new approx one month ago
have noticed at least four times a week and only in the afternoons while watching normal tv 2 the sound just stops but still normal tv picture then if I use remote to do anything change channel etc.. it wont respond to anything the unit is locked up.powering it off at wall for a good few minutes solves it and gets it going but really frustrating as it does it often. it has the lastest firmware installed on it

Dish TV advises to do a update as they have released a new firmware for the T2200, you can do this online via the box or on their website, alternatively they are able to send out firmware via a USB stick posted to you.
