if I pay for prime can I still get it on Freeview sky can’t help they keep telling me my box is theirs

Prime is available free to air on Freeview Satellite and Terrestrial.

Yes it was interference from my neighbours Mitsubishi heatpump noticed it when they went on holiday and switched it off red line disappeared

Have you asked your neighbours if they have the same problem with their TV when they have the heat pump running ? .
