I have the programme guide for Maori TV, but when I change to the channel I get "No Event Information"

When I try to set a programme to record using the "Guide" button I get an error saying "This programme cannot be booked at this time. Please try again later. (code - 2)

Can someone contact Maori TV and get them to fix this please

Or you could just use Timer Record instead.

This happens quite a lot and is usually fixed with the next EPG update.

I thought about that and - do you know what? I couldn't be bothered and used On Demand instead.

Hi

Maori TV has been making changes to their broadcast, you can try a factory default on the unit to try to correct this as this will force the unit to collect the latest EPG data. Factory default can be done in the menu - installation - factory default, the password to do this is 0000. You just need to press the OK button on the welcome screen that comes up to get it to scan the channels again. If this problem persists please contact our support desk, support@dishtv.co.nz

Thanks Luke - I may give it a few days to see if it gets fixed as a Factory Reset will loose all my recording settings and I would have to set them up again.

Maori Television and Te Reo have moved multiplexes and some receivers aren't reflecting the new location of the services and are still pointing to the old one. You'll need to do a rescan to force the receiver to pick up the new services.
