Model is : 43LH600V

Anyone else had this issue and suggested solutions 

Background : Sky Dish on Roof, Sky Decoder removed and replaced with Hybrid TV - Just wanting FreeView Sat channels - What am i missing ?

That model doesn't have a Satellite Tuner, only UHF tuner, so you need a UHF antenna. Sat Dish won't work with it.

Thanks for your reply - the LG Site may not be very detailed but it is a Dual Tuner Hybrid TV and has the second "F Type" connection for the Sat Feed

OK. I guess they don't keep their manuals and spec sheets up-to-date then.

Usual reason for no signal is incorrect LNB frequency selected. SKY LNBs are normally 10750. Try setting 10750 and if that doesn't work try 11300.

Mind you, if as your profile says you are in Auckland then why aren't you using UHF to get HD picture rather than rubbishy SD of the satellite?

P.S. I checked the manual again and it does indicate Sat capable. I missed it but it does say in the specs only one antenna connectar on the back which is obviously incorrect.
