I hope someone can help me with this
I have set up a Dish 2100 with our Samsung TV.I have connected to our internet wirelessly but I am not able to get the Freeview Plus prompt in the left hand corner of the screen. It popped up briefly once for about a second and its never been seen again!
Cannot get Ondemand or anything else that I should be able to with a Freeview Plus
When I check to see that everything is connected it has a tick next to our internet but says it is verifying.
Everything else is working fine.The EPG etc .
I'm using a UHF aerial and wondering if the problem could be with the signal?
My TV is a Samsung LA26R8(something like that)maybe 10 years old(Too old?)
I'm sorry.You can tell I am slightly out of my depth but I'm sure with a bit of guidance from you,I can sort it!

Hi Clare,
No worries, could you see if the FreeviewPlus Mini Guide pops up when you press the Red Button.
And / or press the Green Button on TV3 and see if the 3Now app loads, if you have connected your Dish TV T2100 box and using Freeview from that and checked that the box is connected to the WiFi then you should have no issues.
Another way to check is the Network STATUS, press the Spanner button on the remote, select Network Stats... then see if these is a connection or IP address.

It shouldn't be anything to do with the TV as it's being used purely as a monitor. I presume it's not a digital TV as it's old and I can find nothing about it online.
How have you got everything connected?
How is the T2100 connected to the TV?
Are you receiving TV channels OK?
