Problems with Al Jazeera Jan 2015 Levin

Hi.

I am here in Levin and have tried for some time to get an acceptable signal on terrestial for Al Jazeera. I am watching it and the picture keeps breaking up and sometimes the sounds goes as well. It does not appear to affect any other channels and a factory restore does not fix this annoying problem. I am watching in my bedroom using a cable from the front of my house into my DishTV set up box T1000 and then to tv. Any ideas please? should I contact Al Jazeera about this? If so, any one know the contact details for Al Jazeera please? Thank you.

It's almost certainly an antenna/cabling problem rather than an Al Jazeera problem. Check your antenna and cabling first. What sort of signal strength are you getting on the Al Jazeera Mux compared to the other three Mux? may be that the Al Jazeera Mux is marginal and the others are OK. Lots of good info to be found here too.
