I think we'll need some more info. According to your profile you are using a satellite dish and a T5050 box. The T5050 is a terrestrial UHF box and doesn't work with a satellite dish. It needs a UHF antenna. Just what is your installation setup?

Hi Suz

Can you please explain more on the situation, is the unit not booting up? As Biggles have suggested you need to provide us with more information on your set up.

Kind regards
Joshua

My husband has now told me it is not a T5050 it is a freeview satellite top box.

Amber light is blinking, two green lights showing, cannot switch on by remote control, have changed the batteries.

Hi Suz

Can you please unplug your unit, leave for 20 minutes and then try plugging it back into power source and let us know on the result,

Regards
Joshua
