help !

My free view is searching for signal but can't find one the box was working and I have followed all instructions. Online that I could find i have a veon freeview box sat101

Hi Skye 

I had a look on your profile to gain further information and you indicated you are using Freeview HD via a UHF aerial to get Freeview? 

You might have purchased a satellite receiver (Veon Sat101) instead of a Freeview HD box. 

Can you confirm what aerial you are using to connect to the back of your box?

You say the box was working. Where was it working? Your place or somewhere else? I agree with Joshua. How is everything connected up?
