Sony Bravia don't have satellte tuners. They are UHF only. You need to connect a UHF antenna. It's surprising you get anything at all if you've connected it to a satellite dish.
Hey Craig
Can you please provide more details on your Bravia TV Model?
I see that you have a Freeview HD Box too/
As far as I am aware, Sony Bravia TV's don't have dual tuners, however if you believe you have a dual tuner then let us know via the model number

Hi Craig
I have had a lookup on your particular model and this product is no longer being manufactured (for some time now) The new built in Satellite tuner TV's were introduced a few months ago.
Where was the cable that you plugged in to your TV coming from? Was it coming from the Satellite Dish or a Wall Plug? or from the PVR?
Cheers
Joshua
Hi Craig
The info you supply in your profile is incorrect and/or confusing. All your receivers are UHF yet you say you have only a satellite dish. All of them are terrestrial UHF and must be connected to a UHF antenna. As I said, Sony do not make TVs with a satellite tuner. Your cx520 has only analogue VHF/UHF and Digital UHF tuners (i.e. Flatscreen TV with inbuilt FreeviewHD).
As Joshua says, just what have you got connected to the antenna input?
It doesn't really clear things up. Your Bravia still needs to be connected to a UHF antenna. If you have connected it to a satellite dish that would explain why you can no longer get Prime and Maori which are on the same mux. You will be receiving the other channels via the coax only and probably due to deterioration of either the transmitted signal strength or the antenna setup the mux that carries Prime has dropped below minimum level for decoding and is weaker than the other two mux (all the other channels). The dish does nothing for reception on your TV and it's surprising you get any picture at all. You probably only get the other channels because you are in a very strong signal area. Get a splitter and connect the TV to the UHF antenna along with the PVR. Also read the manual for the TV. It explains all this.
Thanks Craig
Understandable despite the confusion, the community on this forum are very helpful, in fact they do need the correct info haha
I hope that the technician will be able to solve your problem as they will be able to get a clearer picture.
