Hi Joann

Thats not good! Can you provide me with more info on the freeview box you are having issues with? (Make and Model of your dish top box)

Hi Josh,

the model is a DishTV S7070r.All other channels good. Prime just gone from ch 10.

here prime is about 10 points less signal than freeview

so weaker signal,probably older dish and 1 too many gales may have caused prime to drop out

Hey Joann

Sorry about the delay, it looks like your DishTV needs a retune to pick up PRIME again, Ddish TV released a help page that will get PRIME back into your S7070r you can view them here (Look at the " Only Missing the Prime TV Channel" section)  http://www.dishtv.co.nz/support/s7070r-loss-of-prime.htm

Hey 

I received your message on my page (I recommend sharing your comment to the forum post not on a personal wall :-) ) 

Issues may relate to the weakened signal as willis has explained, Your dish may need tweking, however you have told me that you are now using Freeview HD (Via UHF) so I would recommend you using that method.

Sounds more like a dish problem
Prime shouldn't be any weaker than any of the other transponders.
Sounds like the skew is out or its an old sky dish with an oval lnb

going through all tps here everything 85-90 except 12644 -77 and 12707 -79
