I have Freeview via a UHF aerial. When the neighbour mows his lawn, the lawn mower interferes with the signal. How can I solve the problem. The picture breaks up, freezes etc.

Depends.

Is the problem electrical interference from his faulty lawnmower in which case you could complain to Radio Spectrum Management that he's causing harmful interference?

Or is the problem your location (low signal strength) and/or inadequate antenna system which can't cope with the interference, in which case you need to improve your antenna system.

Either way the problem is presumably of short duration and surely he's not mowing his lawns at night? You probably will just have to put up with it or arrange to mow your lawns at the same time.

Get him to clean the spark plug on the mowers motor.

Or consider repositioning your aerial.
