Hi,From my sky dish I have two cables running from there one goes to sky box and other to my freeview pc card so can watch freeview on my computer. "LOF1 im guessing is Local Oscillator Frequency which most commonly will be either 11300 or 10750. This should be written on your LNBF.
Leave it on single LNB and leave the switch blank .
