Hi JoshI finally have a connection to Freeview On Demand. I went back to what I had tried before turning the tv off at the wall again. It worked had trouble verifying my account so phoned help line, it worked out that it didn't like (Explorer) did it on Google and it is now all set. "I hope you 'get this . This is the only reset I could find. I went to the Home Page then clicked on settings which gave me the screen I have sent. I don't think I want to do a factory reset."

Hi Forum,I have finally given up with my A2 box, after losing Prime for 5 days now. This morning I unhooked it and put my old S7090PVR  set top box back in. I now have all my channels back so to me that says that my A2 box was the problem. I loved some of the new functions I was able to get, tv on demand but can get that on my lap top. I'm looking forward to watching the shows on Prime that I have missed out on.See More

Hi All,Just read Jason Shazell's post. My A2 box is guilty of the same issues when watching live tv it periodically seems to have a hiccup and repeats itself. I use a Satellite dish, have a Samsung smart tv, I have it connected to the internet and live in Southland.
