I was having trouble with loosing channels, and it seemed to have a life of its own, couldn't see recordings.I took it back to the Store I purchased it from. It works well on there system. They told me that the signal moves and that is why I keep losing these channels.

I have a  Hills Satellite Dish ( which should work fine as it did with my old freeview box.

I live in the south Island in Sothland  Gore.

Have  A2 Superbox.

I was told at the store that they can't send it back to you as it worked perfectly fine for them, I feel ripped off that I now have a Freeview Box I can't use.

I went back to my old box  satBox Ultra s7090PVR

If I need a new Satillite Dish what will that cost.

If you have any suggestions I would be happy to hear them.

Hi Rhonda,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your new A2 Box, It could possibly be the dish, you can check out these tips to try out first to see if the Satellite Dish needs to be realigned, over time and depending on how long the dish has been up, the quality and strength of the dish can affect the channels coming in and out of your box.

Please have a look here - https://freeviewforum.co.nz/forum/topics/freeview-satellite-alignin...

And you can have a look here as well - https://freeviewforum.co.nz/forum/topics/freeview-satellite-adjusti...

Possible replacement of your LNB which can cost from $40 (depends on where you buy from)
Prices do vary on a new satellite dish but you will also need take into consideration of installers fees as well if you are not doing this yourself.

Hopefully this information is useful. Let me know if you need further help or information.

Regards,

Josh
