No access to TV on Demand through Samsung TVs

TVNZ on Demand access

Hi, we have an older Sony TV that we have brought Chromecast for so we can have access to Freeview and TVNZ on Demand. Despite signing in to both we are still unable to gain access into TVNZ on Demand - it keeps asking for our signin and password.  Also, when we get log in we only get access to approx. 5 tv programmes.  I don't know what we are doing wrong?  Are you able to give some advice on what I'm doing wrong?  Thank you, MicheleSee More
