When the EPG button is pressed on the remote, "Loading" appears as normal on the TV screen, but will not disappear and no info appears on the screen. Since losing EPG. the bottom timer bar doesn't show where a programme is at (just a blank bar). I have a Hills digital terrestrial receiver HSMT-200A, and have not had trouble before in two years.

Hi Jim,

What channels are you having the issue with the EPG on? is it on all channels or on some specific ones?

Have you tried powering off at the wall for 30 secs or more? Sometimes a cold reboot will clear faults.

Thanks Josh and Biggles. Was having trouble en all channels, Josh, and yes I did try powering off, Biggles, but no joy. Guess what? I went to Menu - system - set default - enter - enter pin - restore factory settings? - clicked yes - auto scan - clicked on start scan. 28 programmes all okay -- tried twice to make sure! Yep, EPG and timer bar on all channels work like a dream! Thanks again, folks.
