We need much more info to be able to help.

What is your location? What Brand of TV? Is your Freeview Box Satellite or Terrestrial? Do you have a UHF antenna? How have you connected everything?

If you have a Freeview TV then you no longer need a Freeview STB.

You should hve a UHF antenna correctly polarised (vertical or horizontal depending on which transmission site it is pointing at) and connected by good quality rg6 cable directly to the TV.

If you are not in a FreevieHD reception area then you need a Satellite Dish connected to a Satellite STB connected to TV via HDMI.

All you need to know to receive Freeview can be found here.

Hi Susan, what Biggles said.  But I also suspect you're just accidentally pressing the SOURCE or INPUT button for your TV (HDMI1 will come up on my TV when I press SOURCE on the remote - mind you the equivalent button on your remote could be called something else, depending on the brand / model of your TV.  If there's nothing connected to the HDMI port at the back / side of the TV, then a "No signal" message would come up on screen.  THis has nothing to do with your Digital TV reception, it's because you're accessing a different input location on your TV with nothing coming through that input location, e.g. in your case HDMI1).

Pressing SOURCE again and selecting DTV (or TV, or DIGITAL TV, or TELEVISION) should bring you back to your TV channels again.

Hope that helps or if I'm totally off the mark - please provide the details Biggles requested so we can have some more info to go on in order to suggest something for you.  Thanks.
