Sorry to hear you are having issues with reception and the channels,
Can you provide more information such as whether you are watching Freeview a UHF  or Satellite?

UHF, we lost all channels for just over 24 hours following the snow and we did have Prime etc before the storm. We are located in Mosgiel

It would appear they are still working on the system and running reduced power.
