Hi all.

I bought a Veon TV from the Warehouse with built in freeview.  I have a "one for all" indoor UHF Aerial (product code SV9153).

I auto tuned the channels and have 1,2 and 3 and Bravo (and their plus 1 hours) plus the edge, and Al Jazeera, APNA etc.

Don't seem to have Prime.  Can anyone advise what settings I should use to manually tune it using my UHF aerial.  Sorry I am not very tech savvy and this is my first time at having to set things up myself.

Manual instructions depend on what area you are in.   Personally i would never recommend an indoor aerial. What you could try is moving the aerial closer to a window or a wall facing the transmitter and then auto tune again.

OK. So you seem to be missing the K1 MUX.

Check what your signal strength is on what you are receiving. I suspect it's not good. Indoor antennae are really unreliable unless very near a Tx Site. Sounds to me like you definitely need an external UHF antenna.

You could also check here and tune manually for the missing MUX/Channel
