Whenever I try and change channels it comes up with this message

"Your set-top box is unable to receive a signal. Please check your cable/satellite dish."

After about a minute or longer the channel will come on. 

Very frustrating!

Is this on the satBox S8200 ? or on the TV?

It is the message that comes up on the tv.  

When I press the Freeview remote to change channels, it takes a while and then it will come up with this message, and then you have to wait at least a minute, mostly longer before it will change the channel.

Try unplugging and replugging the power from the unit, also ensure that the Satellite Dish connector is plugged in properly.

Yes it was the satellite connector. when I pushed it the channels changed normally.  Thank you very much for you help. I really appreciate it.
