Waikanae / Ngarara transmitter down

What is happening with the signal from Waikanae transmitter (Ngarara). The signal has been down for weeks, lots of comments on local Facebook groups so I don’t think it’s at our end??

Who else do we contact, emailed Freeview weeks ago and no response?
