I have an Veon TV with builtin Freeview.. The TV is about 7 years old.

I have lack of consistently with reception. Some times the channels do not work correctly, they go patchy, or say no reception, next time it gets turned on it go fine.  Sometimes the channels are missing altogether. 

Currently I am missing Prime and Choice, I have tried re tuning and factory reset and they are still missing.  I am based in Auckland. Does anyone have any ideas what the issue is?
