Hi - we have a Hills receiver connected to a dish which has no signal. It was working fine about 3 weeks ago and now says the box is not connected to the antenna. We are near Whangamata. restoring and retuning has not worked. Can anyone advise if I need to adjust other settings? Thank you :-)

is it a hills hsm 075? small beige sat box?

often with those the lnb chip which does the lnb voltage supply will die leaving the box unable to drive the dish unless its connected to the lnb out of another sat box

or your dish could have moved or the lnb may have died or rats eaten the dish cable

Hi Willis - yes it is HSM075. I've checked the cables etc so could well be the chip. Thanks for your reply.
